The Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Executive Assistant and assist with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks across the business.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of daily activities, handling confidential information with discretion, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and management team.
* Manage and maintain diaries, arrange appointments, meetings, and events.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are recorded and monitored.
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
* Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics.
* Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and telephone calls professionally.
* Support document preparation, including reports, presentations, and internal communications.
* Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, training sessions, and staff engagement activities.
* Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners as required.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Essential:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work proactively.
* Professional, positive, and approachable attitude.
* A team player who is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Desirable:
* Strong administrative experience (1-2 years) in a busy office environment.
* Previous experience supporting senior managers or executives.
* Experience working in engineering, construction, or similar sectors.
* Knowledge of document control processes or CRM systems.
