We are seeking a practising Catholic leader who will:
•Have a clear vision of and commitment to Catholic Education and an understanding of our role in the wider community.
•Inspire, support and promote excellence in partnership with our children, staff, parents, governors, Trust and parishes.
•Ensure high expectations of pupil attainment and behaviour at all times, maintaining a caring culture focused on the individual needs of each child.
•Demonstrate excellent understanding of teaching and learning strategies to ensure that each child is enabled to thrive.
•Demonstrate excellent communication, team-working and wider interpersonal skills.
•Work with the school community and Trust to evaluate all areas of school’s provision and be able to prioritise areas for school improvement to develop and deliver a challenging and innovative strategic plan.
•Celebrate success and support staff, students, governors and pupils to work through challenges they face.
•Have a clear understanding of the constraints and opportunities afforded by the school’s budget and the necessity to remain within it.
