In the Performance & Reporting Analyst (Supply Chain Support Manager) role, you will support the management of strategic Framework Agreements and Supply Chain Management across the Eastern Region, applying your skills in Project Management, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain administration.
This role involves managing the collection, review, and analysis of commercial strategy, supplier performance, and contracting activities, presenting conclusions and recommendations effectively. You will collaborate within the Commercial Team and with wider Network Rail Stakeholders, developing tools to meet regional and national delivery outputs.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate production of overall commercial and contractor performance plans for the region.
2. Provide effective day-to-day reporting on commercial activities, Framework utilization, supplier performance, and supply chain risks.
3. Analyze performance data and market intelligence for anomalies and trends against baselines.
4. Monitor change controls, ensuring issues are tracked and risks recorded, with values published to the relevant team.
5. Validate data input into performance systems, resolving discrepancies between Network Rail and contractor data.
6. Maintain reporting systems and control activities across the contract lifecycle.
Essential Experience and Skills:
* Management, planning, or delivery experience in major construction and engineering projects.
* Procurement and Supply Chain experience in operational environments.
* Mathematical and statistical analysis skills for interpreting spend data.
* Experience with procurement and commercial technology solutions.
* Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with agile, cross-functional collaboration.
* Problem-solving skills for complex supplier challenges.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines with high-quality outputs.
* Knowledge of programme and project controls systems.
* Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
* Understanding of UK Rail Industry procurement processes.
* Working knowledge of Power BI.
* Experience preparing and presenting at governance panels.
