We’re looking for a creative powerhouse and digital storyteller to lead the content and communications strategy. If you’ve been a one-person marketing engine and are ready to bring that energy to a purpose-led business, this is your moment.
You’ll own the digital presence, from LinkedIn posts to podcasts, Instagram stories to whitepapers, and webinars to website copy. Your North Star? Increased visibility and consistent inbound leads.
Working pattern, salary and benefits:
* £35,000 - £45,000
* The flexibility to work from a different country for 4 weeks a year
* Hybrid working; 1 day on-site, 4 days WFH
* 21 days’ annual leave (+ 8 bank holidays)

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing our content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, our website and other digital platforms
2. Creating engaging, insight-led posts, blogs, reels, and videos
3. Identifying and securing podcast and webinar opportunities for the team
