As part of the Tesco Team, you'll work in a busy retail environment, supporting customers with their Foreign Exchange needs to ensure their travel experience begins smoothly.
What will you do?
1. Build relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements, tailoring their experience accordingly.
2. Become a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, offering support and advice on Travelex products.
3. Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Meet key performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
5. Handle daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
6. Follow legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
* Numerical proficiency to handle large sums of cash and multiple currencies daily.
* IT skills, including familiarity with computers and in-house systems (training provided).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and build rapport.
* Drive to succeed and make a positive impact.
