We have a vacancy for a Clinical Educator to work as part of the Education Team.
This exciting position gives the opportunity to design and deliver high quality training and education to St Barnabas colleagues, as well as external audiences such as healthcare professionals across the wider healthcare system.
The Clinical Educator will work closely with a range of people, including St Barnabas senior clinicians, external education providers and clinical experts to inform Trust practice. Whilst the role is predominantly clinically focused, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in the education delivery to non-clinical colleagues in areas such as fundraising, retail and HR.

As a Clinical Educator, you will have the opportunity to be visible right across the Hospice, working alongside clinical colleagues and students on placement, allowing you to identify needs and shape the education programmes required within our Inpatient and community settings.
Qualifications and Experience:

* Educated to degree level
* Holding a professional clinical registration
* Significant experience working in palliative and end of life care settings
* Full UK drivers licence and have access to independent travel
* Ideally, you will have a passion for education and experience in course design and delivery.

22.5 hrs per week. Please note that there may be the opportunity to work additional hours within other departments. Contributory pension scheme or continuation of NHS pension
