Join the dynamic Chief Operating Office (COO) Division of Global Markets (GMD) as a motivated and detail-oriented intern.
You will get the opportunity to support the project management activities within the Capital Markets division, with a primary focus on the Sales department. This internship is your gateway to gaining invaluable hands-on experience in project management, collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders, and exposure to both business and IT processes
We are looking for a candidate with good organisation andmunication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on projects that require having high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Some of the role responsibilities include:
1. Perform functional and regression testing for system enhancements or new functionalities.
2. Document and report test results, actively identifying and following up on issues with relevant stakeholders (Business and IT).
3. Facilitate effective meetings: Draft and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring clarity and actionable takeaways for all participants.
4. Contribute to the creation and refinement of project specifications, adding valuable insights and improvements.
5. Manage daily operations: Take ownership of daily operational tasks and production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
6. Support project management: Assist the project manager in tracking progress, reporting updates, and maintainingprehensive project documentation.
