Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to help assist us with general administration tasks along with carrying out our routine property inspections, some viewing appointments and ongoing maintenance reporting.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine property inspections and compile a report to send to landlords.
* Handle maintenance reporting between landlord, tenant and contractors.
* Conduct some property viewing appointments when required.
* Manage administrative tasks such as updating property databases, processing paperwork, and maintaining client records.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors through effective communication and follow-up.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business performance and help team members where required.
* This opportunity requires your own transport (business mileage allowance)
* The vacancy can be full time (Monday to Friday) or part time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage tasks efficiently.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
