Job Overview
A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced End of Lease Cleaners to assist with end‑of‑tenancy property preparation. This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.
Responsibilities
* Full cleaning of unoccupied homes
* Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces
* Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
* Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors
* Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
* Ability to complete jobs independently
* Own cleaning products and equipment required
* Reliable vehicle or transport access
* Very good English communication skills
Additional Information
Mostly weekday work.
Bookings generally last 4–8 hours.
Weekend jobs may occasionally be available.
Pay
£15 per hour
