Specialising in dementia care, Robin Hood House provides residential care in the beautiful setting of the Ashridge estate. Role
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join this home in providing care, empathy and compassion whilst delivering person-centred care. Our team are integral to the delivery of high quality care. We will develop care assistants new to care and also welcome those with experience to join us and share their knowledge.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 38.5 or 44 hours per week, 07:00 – 19:00
* Personal care
* Assistance with meals
* Meaningful engagement with the residents
* Supporting residents to maintain relationships with their friends and families
* Supporting residents to maintain their independence, providing assistance where required
* Keyworker duties
