Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join a growing team responsible for managing and supporting identity and access management (IAM) solutions across cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring secure, efficient access control and seamless identity integrations across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day support for Entra ID (Azure AD) IAM services, ensuring high availability and performance
2. Manage and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
3. Support and troubleshoot Entra ID - Active Directory sync and integration issues
4. Administer and maintain MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign-On), and Conditional Access policies
5. Support integrations with security platforms, including CloudStrike
6. Manage users and dynamic groups within Entra ID
7. Administer Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities
8. Provide support for Okta SSO integrations, including troubleshooting and onboarding applications
9. Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to ensure IAM best practices and compliance
