Key Responsibilities
 * Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets.

Essential Qualifications
 * Significant experience in a senior sales management role within the motor trade (5+ years preferred).
 * Previous experience as a General Sales Manager or General Manager.
 * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Deep understanding of the automotive retail environment.
Desirable Skills
 * Experience managing large teams across multi‑franchise operations.
 * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 * Strong knowledge of car finance products and related compliance requirements.
