Responsibilities include:
* Manage and review financial reporting for a portfolio of corporate and trust structures
* Lead the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS and various GAAP frameworks
* Oversee new client onboarding from an accounting perspective
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors and other professional advisers
* Review financial records, transactions and accounting documentation
* Support regulatory and compliance-related reporting requirements
* Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the team
* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across the department
Requirements:
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* 3-5+ years' post-qualified experience within financial services, corporate services or accountancy practice
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
* Experience working with IFRS and ideally multiple GAAP frameworks
* Previous experience supporting, mentoring or managing junior accountants
* Confident managing client relationships and working with external stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
