Salary: £25,000£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £45k£60k Year 1)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll use your sales expertise to build client relationships, source top tech talent, and close placements. Every day is fast-paced and target-driven, with real rewards for your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business and build strong client relationships
* Source and approach high-calibre tech candidates
* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate offers
* Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
* Hit targets and earn uncapped commission
