This is a role for someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and delivers results.

* Drive commercial performance: improving sales, margin and AOV
* Turn ideas into action: launching new categories, products and revenue streams
* Identify opportunities and execute them quickly and effectively
* Shape the product roadmap and customer proposition
You won’t just recommend change, you’ll lead it and land it.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning and delivering category performance in terms of sales, margin and growth
* Identifying opportunities and executing them: new categories, add-ons, partnerships and services
* Launching new initiatives at pace, working cross-functionally to get them live
* Driving commercial improvements across the journey from product to conversion
* Building strong supplier relationships to unlock exclusive, commercially impactful results
* Leading and developing the Product Admin team to ensure flawless execution
Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who:
* Gets things done quickly, pragmatically and with impact
* Has a track record of delivering commercial growth, not just identifying it
* Is commercially sharp and data-led, but equally action-oriented
* Can own problems end-to-end and drive them through to delivery
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment where pace and accountability matter
Experience in cycling or adjacent categories is valuable but mindset and approach matters more.
