* Pastoral Support Worker - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEN required
* Pastoral Support Worker - Experience working in a specialist or alternative provision desirable
* Pastoral Support Worker - Must be confident supporting behaviour, wellbeing and emotional regulation
* Pastoral Support Worker - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Pastoral Support Worker
Seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Support Worker to support pupils aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, autism and associated behavioural needs. You will work closely with pastoral and teaching teams to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage emotions, improve behaviour and engage positively with school life. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, delivering intervention programmes, liaising with families and contributing to a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
