Job Title: Contract Data & Correspondence Technician - Highways & Transport
Location: South West London (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract
Responsibilities
* Manage correspondence including the street space inbox, member inquiries, and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
* Analyse free-text comments from Let's Talk, TMO responses, and other data sources to support decision-making.
* Support project work by assisting with report preparation and using the internal project management system.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced and able to hit the ground running.
* Strong data analysis and communication skills.
* Flexible, committed, and willing to adapt to the team's needs.
* Highways and Transport Industry knowledge
