Job Description
We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Senior Support Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1st line support for staff members on bespoke, in-house applications, and escalating where necessary
* Providing training and support on systems to both technical and non-technical staff
* Working closely with the IT and Operations team to maintain software and
* Working with large datasets and assist with data management across the company
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Contribute and assist with software projects and upgrades
1. The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar technical role such as Service Desk or Helpdesk
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to impart technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
* Ability to learn on new systems quickly
* Have excellent planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills
