To be considered for the role, you’ll have two years of experience working as Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef for a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant. You will be working alongside great team and serve amazing tapas created from best Spanish produce. Here at Brindisa our food is homely and authentic, with flavour always being the key factor.
