We're excited to be recruiting 1x Full-Time and 1 x Part-Time (Female Only) Support Workers to join our well-established adult supported living services, based in the peaceful and scenic surroundings of Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir.
As a Support Worker, you’ll become part of a dedicated, supportive team that puts people at the heart of everything we do. You’ll provide tailored, person-centred support, helping individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs live happy, empowered, and fulfilling lives.
This is a truly rewarding 1:1 role where you’ll play a key part in supporting people to achieve their personal goals, grow in confidence, and enjoy greater independence. No two days are ever the same – and every day brings the opportunity to make a real and lasting difference.
Working Pattern
We’re offering flexible contracts ranging from 20 to 39 hours per week, giving you the opportunity to find a work-life balance that suits you. To meet the needs of the people we support, you’ll work a variety of shifts—including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional sleepovers—so flexibility is essential. In return, you’ll enjoy a dynamic, fulfilling role.

6. Please note a full UK drivers license is essential as there is no reliable bus route or public transport to this area.
