Dental Centre of Excellence are looking for an apprentice/Trainee dental nurse training to start from December 2025.
Dental Centre of Excellence is a fully modernised mixed NHS/Private practice with 3 surgeries; fully computerised practice with an excellent experienced team. We are currently expanding into a 4 surgery practice.
We are situated in the leafy suburb of Redditch with good transport links close to M42 and M5
* Part-time based on training and college recruitment criteria. Excellent communication skills, minimum C grades in GCSE math and English a requirement however key skills can be done through the college. A high standard of professionalism ,ability to partake in good team work ,commitment to learning and development and self-driven learning and reading .Ability to adapt ,work under pressure from time to time and multitask.
* Job description:
* Dental nurses support the dentist in all aspects of patient care. This includes getting the appropriate instruments ready, mixing materials for dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit. The dental nurse will also take notes from dentists' dictation for personal records and after the patient has been treated, will tidy the surgery and sterilise all of the dental instruments.
* In general dental practice, the dental nurse may help with reception work - making appointments, taking payments, dealing with paperwork and meeting and reassuring patients. Upon qualification you will be a registered dental nurse with the general dental council and be subject to continued professional development.

We are looking for a Apprentice Dental Nurse for 4 Days a week with 1 Day off to ensure their coursework is complete.
Salary: Apprentice or minimum wage
