I am seeking a talented Corporate Tax Manager to join my client's dynamic team at their Watford office. Reporting to a Tax Principal, this is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients while gaining exposure to complex tax advisory work.

Location: Hertfordshire, WD17
Salary: Up to £70,000!
The Role:
You'll play a key part in delivering tax compliance and advisory services, working across a broad range of technical areas, including:
* Preparation of Corporate Tax Returns.
* Managing the compliance affairs for a varied portfolio of OMB clients.
* Advising on complex tax matters such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, reconstructions, demergers, share schemes, and EIS/SEIS.
* Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting advisory work.
* Liaising with HMRC and responding to enquiries.
* Ensuring timely filing of Corporation Tax Returns in line with firm procedures.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
About You:
I am looking for someone who brings expertise, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
* CTA qualification (essential).
* Experience in a professional practice environment.
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses.
* Knowledge of corporate and non-corporate tax interactions (advantageous).
* Strong technical and IT skills.
* Excellent client communication and team collaboration abilities.
* Leadership potential and a willingness to support junior colleagues.
