Working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns, content and events. You’ll work across social media, email, digital and wider marketing channels. This is a varied role suited to someone who is creative, organised and committed to excellence in their performance.
About You
* Experience managing social media accounts.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
* Confident using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, along with basic email marketing tools.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Comfortable engaging with customers and colleagues at events.
* Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn within a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine interest in working for a purpose-driven organisation and contributing to meaningful work.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and events.
* Creating engaging content including social posts, blogs, website updates and short-form video.
* Managing and scheduling day-to-day social media activity across key platforms.
* Assisting with the creation of marketing assets using tools such as Canva and basic editing platforms.
* Supporting campaign reporting by gathering data and tracking performance across channels.
* Attending events where required to capture content and support wider marketing activity.
Where You’ll Be Based
The office is on the outskirts of Leeds and whilst accessible by bus, a driving licence and car is required for attendance at events across the Yorkshire region.
