Role Overview As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site through a range of engineering tasks. You will work closely with the production team to deliver timely maintenance, resolve breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Engineering Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, perform fault-finding, and implement effective repairs. Identify root causes of issues and apply a "fix it right first time" approach. Collaborate with the production team to coordinate and schedule engineering activities during the shift. Accurately document all tasks, downtime, and handovers using the CMMS system. Support other engineers during complex breakdowns or periods of high demand.
