This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing dynamic organisation. We are looking for a full-time Office Support team member to join our established team in the Bury office.

Responsibilities
* The Office Support team member will provide essential frontline support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is primarily responsible for managing incoming calls, distributing post, processing outgoing mail via Postworks and supporting general administrative functions.
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
* Take clear and concise messages and communicate to the appropriate team.
* Send outgoing mail via Postworks system.
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post and deliveries across departments.
* Prepare and send outgoing mail and courier items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain accurate logs for incoming/outgoing post and deliveries if required.
* Answer entry intercom system, greet and assist visitors and contractors when required.
* Provide drinks/order lunches for meetings as required.
* Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
* Maintain office supplies such as stationery and ensure common areas remain tidy and well-stocked, including meeting rooms.
* Support wider administrative and operational tasks as requested by the Operations Manager or Senior Support.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work.
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role (desirable).
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
* Experience using telephone systems and handling general enquiries.
