Purchase Ledger Clerk \n \nCoventry | £30,000 - £35,000 | Full-time, Permanent \n \nSF Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, forward-thinking organisation based in Coventry to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n \n- Accept invoices from AP inbox \n \n- Register invoices on ledger matching accurately to purchase order. \n \n- Processing multi-currency invoices on correct ledger \n \n- Maintaining Queried invoices in workflow, chasing resolutions. \n \n- Posting Direct Debits and allocating correctly \n \n- Own the credit card process from end to end ensuring timely receipt of information and maintaining and processing all transactions.
Reconciling supplier credit accounts \n \n- Own Expenses process \n \n- Statement reconciliations \n \n- Debit Balance Reconciliations, correcting discrepancies, chasing any overpayments. \n \n- Payment run process, keeping payment terms and liaising with line management. \n \nExperience: \n \n- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role \n \n- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems \n \n- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills \n \n- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment \n \n- A proactive, team-oriented mindset \n \nWhat's on Offer: \n \n- Excellent business to be a part of, company socials, nationwide offices, collaborative environment.
