Your Role: Business Development Representative
Are you ready to make an impact? As a Business Development Representative at Arrow ECS, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with our partners and vendors. Your mission? To foster trust and ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
What Will You Be Doing at Arrow ECS?
* Collaborate with Arrow Account Management teams to identify key reseller partners with high sales potential for vendor products and services.
* Execute effective business plans with channel partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the vendor and channel customer base.
* Identify and engage new partners to drive incremental sales.
* Initiate and lead marketing campaigns for partners to generate new leads.
* Maximize margin opportunities by focusing on high-potential partners and targets.
* Provide regular sales training to partners, both in-person and via webinars, and facilitate technical training delivery.
* Focus on distribution-managed partners and collaborate closely with Sophos to develop those accounts.
What Are We Looking For?
* At least two years of previous sales experience in a similar environment, preferably with knowledge of the cybersecurity sector.
* A proven track record as a professional salesperson, capable of selling complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts, including collaboration with alliance vendors.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to follow through on tasks to completion.
* Fluency in English is essential.
