About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Training & Recruitment Administrator to support our manufacturing sites and join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Barton upon Humber. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the Recruitment Coordinators with candidate searches and booking interviews
* Conducting inductions across all manufacturing sites
* Assisting with setting up new starters including contracts, biometric enrolments, uniform requests and reviews
* Ensuring all onboarding documentation is correct and compliant
* Monitoring the recruitment and training mailboxes, responding to emails and escalating situations where required.
About You
Desired skills & knowledge
* Previous experience in an administration-based role is essential
* Ability to use Excel and other MS Office programs
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and new starters
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management
* Strong communication skills
* Driving license is essential
