The Role - Head of Business Development
My client are is seeking a strategic and driven Head of Business Development to lead growth in the facade and recladding sectors.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape the business development strategy, build strong partnerships, and secure major opportunities.
* Leading a team of two BDs, with the opportunity to grow as the function develops
* Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on recladding.
* Build and maintain relationships with housing associations, councils, and key decision-makers.
* Identify new markets and opportunities
* Collaborate with senior leadership, to shape commercial direction and influence business planning
* Lead high-value negotiations and oversee bid/tender strategies.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and procurement requirements.
