Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class customer support service with a focus on achieving first-time resolution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders
* Take ownership of all customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
* Authorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guarantee
* Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and drive operational excellence
* Support departmental projects from initial concept through to implementation
* Develop product knowledge and commit to ongoing personal development
* Travel occasionally within the UK to carry out inspections and review warranty returns
