About The Role
Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for 2 Part Time Life Practitioners (22 hours per week) to join our team in Tigh Dion, Farcet, Peterborough.
As a Life Practitioner you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips. You will also use a company vehicle to transport residents to shopping, meals, appointments and outings. To drive you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £12.71 per hour for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2 and £13.60 for Level 3. With experience you can earn £13.60. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.

Responsibilities
Provide support to residents with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities, transport to community events, appointments and errands, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing while on trips or outings.
Additional Information
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check. This role does not offer visa sponsorship; only eligible existing staff may be considered for sponsorship. The position is not available for Children’s Homes sponsorship.
