Location & Hours
Location: Glasgow (Robroyston)
Hours: 42.5 Hours P/W
Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Your Responsibilities
As the Building Services Manager, you will:
* Lead the MEP team in delivering £180M of service packages on a technically complex new build campus.
* Manage the building services design, installation, and commissioning process for your assigned work front.
* Minimize risks associated with the buildings under your supervision.
* Oversee various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the overall programme.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a degree and relevant professional qualification/accreditation in MEP.
* Have a solid level of technical and professional expertise in the MEP market, ideally with Tier 1 or large MEP contracting organizations.
* Possess an SMTS 5 Day Certificate and a CSCS Card.
* Are knowledgeable about the latest regulations affecting the industry.
* Can produce M&E design, installation, and commissioning programmes, while effectively planning and prioritizing work.
* Understand SMART technology and the integration of specialist systems in large buildings.
* Hold a valid driving license.
