Asset Project Manager
Salary: Up to £48,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Monitor project progress, including costs and timelines, to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and schedule.
Report to and escalate issues to the head of projects.
Develop project plans, identify tasks, milestones, and resource needs, and maintain accurate project records.
Ensure compliance with client/internal KPIs and promptly communicate any potential deviations.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effectively manage workload.
Possess excellent presentation and networking abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Support the team with health and safety duties, including risk assessments and policy adherence.
Under the guidance of the Project Director, manage day-to-day project operations, including:
Ensuring compliance with 3rd party access procedures.
Overseeing welfare arrangements, H&S documentation, and risk management.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in health and safety.
Upholding operational policies and integrating health and safety into all processes.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Prior involvement in the Renewable Energy sector.
Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented.
Ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
Customer-focused with adept relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages and thorough knowledge of H&S practices and CDM regulations.
Hold a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
