We are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations to work with us at prestigious university site in London. Location: WC1E 6BT Rate of pay: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with flexibility as required by the contract. Key responsibilities Reporting to the Account Director with full accountability and responsibility for leading the teams to ensure we deliver client needs within the contract SOP. This position sits in our senior leadership team for the contract and involves managing 4 General Managers and looking after 42 units. To represent the company in a positive and professional manner, internally and externally to ensure the integrity and credibility is always upheld. Analyse statistics and trends to advise Managers on improvements and (in conjunction with the senior team) to create strategy for the operation Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with clients to review SLA delivery. Review client SLAs to identify where priority should be given to creating targets for the weekly operation to ensure we meet our clients’ expectations. Build positive working relations with client and team. Share information with the Account Director / Snr Team regarding success, concerns, and any issues from operations. What's in it for you?
