Interim Principal Property Surveyor - Property Management Cambridge City Council is seeking an experienced Principal Property Surveyor to join our Property Services team on an interim basis. You'll be a key player in managing our diverse commercial and corporate property portfolios, helping to maximise value and support service delivery across the council. In this role, you will lead on estate management, valuations, lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposals, and contribute to strategic asset planning. You will also provide expert advice to senior stakeholders and play a vital role in the development of junior staff.
