Our client, based in Gloucester, is currently recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator on an initial three-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is circa £19.60 per hour via an Umbrella Company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing, experience coordinating engineers and liaising with tenants.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Monitoring and managing an email inbox, prioritising workload, and ensuring actions were completed in a timely manner
2. Communicating with staff using MS Teams, emails, and telephony systems
3. Providing cover to the Voids Coordinator when required, including managing an inbox, raising void works, and closing void packs
4. Liaising with the Finance team and subcontractors monthly to ensure payments were raised and completed within agreed terms
5. Using the Total Mobile system to raise and generate purchase orders, process and upload invoices, and manage/update van stocks and material codes
6. Completing data entry tasks, including asbestos-related information, across various systems to maintain accurate compliance records
Working hours:
7. 37.5 hours per week
8. Monday - Friday, flexible start/finish times
