Your new company You will be working for an organisation who are based in Telford. The role is hybrid working with 2 days a week on-site, but they can be flexible. The role is inside scope of IR35. The role length is until Dec with a possible extension. Hands-on Paylocity experience is essential for this role. Your new role The company are implementing Paylocity as our first global HRIS. As a result, they are seeking a part-time contractor with hands-on Paylocity experience to lead technical coordination, configuration, and deployment of key modules across multiple countries. This project-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and understands global HR complexity. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Paylocity implementation leads to lead, configure and launch: Payroll modules for Netherlands, Germany, and China (under 80 employees combined) Core HR module for global data entry, employee profiles, and organizational structure Performance Management module across all regions, including the US Collaborate as needed with local in-country HR and/or Payroll contact; engage with relevant stakeholders and escalate concerns immediately to Global HR Director Ensure clean and consistent configuration for global use Set up foundational global reporting structures (headcount, attrition, basic analytics) Advise on best practices for system governance, workflow setup, and user adoption Support data migration and testing as needed Serve as an expert liaison between the business and Paylocity Payroll, Core HR, and Performance Management modules to be completed by year-end What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
