* Position : Bar Manager
* Employer : Fine Dining Bar & Restaurant
* Location: Enfield, England
* Gross OTE salary package : circa£32,000 (incl. share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
* Weekly working hours / days: 38 to48 hours /5 days

Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership and practical tasks. Main function is to ensure optimal and efficient management of running of the restaurant bar and delivering polished customer experience that befitsa prestige upscale restaurant bar.
To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -
* Eligibility to live and work in UK
* Advanced knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, flavour profiles and cocktail techniques
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
* Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC or similar
* Personal alcohol licence
* Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
* Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
* Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
In addition, youshould also have the following attributes: -
