We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students. The Trust headquarters are based in Dudley, our schools are located across the wider West Midlands, including areas such as South Staffordshire and Stourbridge.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Officer to join our school community. The successful candidate will work closely with students to support them with personal, social, developmental and behavioural challenges, helping them to identify their strengths and realise their full potential both inside and outside the classroom. In addition to this, the role will involve providing day-to-day support to the pastoral team, including undertaking administrative tasks as directed.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3, Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, or an appropriate equivalent qualification or experience. Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills are essential, along with a minimum of two years' experience of working with secondary-age students. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organised and committed to supporting the wellbeing, development and achievement of young people.
