Job Description
We have partnered with a unique, hugely important organisation whose work touches and impacts a wide range of the population - they are looking for a Senior User Researcher (FTC) to join a hugely impactful internal project.
You will be joining an internal UCD team comprised of Service Designers, Product Designers and Content Designers to re-imagine a portal used both internally and by external partners - the overall goal is to build a fully digitised platform, replacing existing manual / non-automated processes.
From a Research perspective, this means building a clear understanding of user needs, challenges, and opportunities that will inform the 'to be' solution. It's the type of role that requires a highly pragmatic, broadly skilled Researcher who thrives in knotty, complex environments.
It will also suit someone with experience on "internal" programmes of work with a high-level of complexity.
