The Role
At Sunnamusk, our retail team serves as the cornerstone of our operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to join one of our luxury fragrance stores.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
* Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues and recognize top performers.
* Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager develop and implement promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and store merchandising plans.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
