What Youll Be Doing
Business Development & Client Management
* Proactively develop and grow your client base through business development calls, meetings, and relationship building
* Manage and develop existing client accounts, becoming a trusted recruitment partner to businesses across your sector
* Negotiate terms of business, fees, and service agreements confidently and professionally
* Identify and respond to new opportunities in the market quickly and commercially
Candidate Management
* Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network
* Conduct thorough candidate registrations, interviews, and competency assessments
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates within your specialist area
* Manage candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process from first contact through to placement,
360 Recruitment Delivery
* Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from taking a vacancy brief through to offer management and onboarding
* Write and post compelling, targeted job adverts across multiple platforms
* Match candidates effectively to client requirements, providing high-quality shortlists and market insight
* Hit and exceed personal billing targets consistently
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role engineering, technical, or trades background preferred but not essential
* A track record of billing and business development success
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills xsngvjr with the confidence to build relationships at all levels
* Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy desk independently
* A team player who contributes positively to the culture and success of the wider business
