The Role
You will manage your own caseload of the full range of residential property transactions. From freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to transfers of equity and new builds, you will have exposure to it all.
Conveyancing can be intense - juggling deadlines and managing client expectations isn't always an easy job. That's why working for a friendly firm with a genuinely human approach to legal services is so important.

Requirements
* You will have 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* You will have experience of managing the full range of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and new builds
