1. Salary scale 5B £41,576 - £45,287 per annum, pro rata
2. 37 hours per week

More about the role:
7. The role is responsible for delivering maintenance services for SYHA assets and customers
8. The role involves managing contracts and Officers delivering responsive repairs contracts by an inhouse team and subcontractors
9. The successful applicant will need to have a broad knowledge of statutory compliance for servicing especially on our LiveWell schemes and their communal facilities
10. Responsible for delivering and monitoring DMC works and reports in response to Awaabs law .
11. Responsible for managing disrepair claims and cases
12. Responsible for a team of Property Services Officers delivering contracts
13. Responsible for void works
14. Responsible for managing Stock Condition data
15. Report to Head of Maintenance

16. Have strong line management skills
17. Have IT skills to project manage and experience of working with Housing Management systems
18. Great organisational and recording skills
19. Budget Management skills
20. Good problem solver and decision maker
21. Legislative and regulatory requirement knowledge for Social Housing and Registered Care schemes
22. Knowledge of gas servicing regulation and legislation
23. Technical Knowledge of Construction and Building Maintenance
24. Excellent communication skills
25. Passionate about customers and service delivery
