KICK-START YOUR ENGINEERING CAREER WHERE INNOVATION MEETS IMPACT. At TT Electronics, we’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Manufacturing Systems Engineering Graduate Programme - a brand-new, two-year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long-term career in engineering manufacturing.
Role Overview And Responsibilities
Starting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Fairford, Gloucestershire, this programme puts you at the heart of our manufacturing operations. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience and work on real projects that shape how our products are designed, built, and improved – supporting our global commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Through structured rotations across Assembly & Test Engineering, Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction, and Quality, you’ll own improvement initiatives, drive enhancement projects, support design change releases, and deliver problem-solving close-outs, making a measurable difference to performance, quality, and efficiency.
Upon successful completion of the two-year scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you. If you’re looking for responsibility, variety, and the chance to leave your mark early in your career, this is where it begins!
To ensure full integration with your team and maximise your learning experience, all our graduate roles are site-based.

From day one, you’ll have a dedicated site buddy and functional mentor, giving you guidance to thrive. Throughout the scheme, you’ll develop valuable skills and hands-on experience, with exposure to Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
Alongside role-specific training, you’ll receive professional membership and support obtaining relevant certifications, providing industry recognition, access to learning resources and publications, networking and event opportunities, and opportunities to engage in volunteering that enhances both your experience and professional profile. Depending on your chosen career path, we’ll fund and actively support your journey toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, providing guidance, mentorship, and practical support every step of the way.
