A minimum of recent 2 or 3 AA Rosette background is required; if you have Michelin experience, that would be ideal.
What’s involved?
As the Head Chef, you will work as part of a culinary team of 8. You will need to provide culinary excellence, ensuring that expectations are met. Providing proactive, business-driven leadership to the kitchen team, whilst assuming overall responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. Drive a commitment to excellence in the service provided whilst achieving optimum profitability. You need to be extremely organized and confident with the office aspects of the business, as your time will be split between the general running of the kitchen and talking/negotiating with local suppliers.
