Land Manager
We have a position available for a Land Manager to join our Land team in Caterham, Surrey.
What you'll be doing
:
To assist the Senior Land Manager on the sale of S106 affordable housing properties to Housing Associations.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring
:
Qualified (MRICS/MRTPI) or working towards qualification
Proven experience as a Land Manager or in a similar role
Demonstratable understanding of the planning process
Previous knowledge and experience of preparing and analysing financial appraisals
Able to use Microsoft packages
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Ability to build relationships with contacts within Land Agents, Planning Departments
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
