You’ll be working with young people aged 8–18 who may experience autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges. In this hands-on role, you’ll not only support the children and young people, but also lead and guide a dedicated team, helping them deliver high-quality care. The role includes weekend shifts, bank holidays, and regular sleep-ins as part of a rotating rota.
