Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. We offer opportunities for career development for motivated individuals eager to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
3. Maintain visual and merchandising standards: ensure the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays adhere to brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Keep stock levels optimal and shelves organized and appealing.
8. Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Objectives and KPIs
1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished and well-organized.
