Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established organisation currently undergoing an exciting period of change as a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
The Role
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence hiring strategies and deliver a high-quality candidate experience during a period of significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a range of roles and functions
* Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape recruitment strategies
* Write and post engaging job adverts; utilise sourcing tools and ATS Systems
* Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout
* Support with recruitment reporting, compliance and process improvement
* Contribute to wider employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
About You:
* Strong background in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Confident managing multiple roles and engaging with senior stakeholders
* Skilled in sourcing, selection, and using ATS platforms
* A proactive and adaptable approach
* Experience finance recruitment would be desirable
